SCSA and many victims and survivors approached Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry about investigating the pedophiles and the church. His response was "Louisiana State Law precludes me from investigating." We find it hard to believe that AG Landry can prosecute a race horse thief, but not a pedophile. Landry is currently running for Louisiana State Governor. SCSA never endorses political candidates, but we will say with confidence that we would never support a candidate for Governor who will not prosecute pedophiles that raped our children, or the Archdiocese of New Orleans, who covered it up and obstructed justice for many decades.
